It is difficult for us to provide a cost without knowing your exact needs because we try to customize your package so that you don’t end up paying for services you don’t need. Our small business users typically use less than $20 per week.
Since the discounts are built into our package structure, the minutes don’t expire and there are no monthly fees, clients generally purchase a package large enough to last two to three months. We also offer hybrid plans that combine the use of dedicated and non-dedicated agents. Contact us so that we can build a solution to best suit your needs.
Purchasing bundles is simple using PayPal or your credit or debit card. We never retain your card information.

Q?Do I have to permanently forward my calls to the receptionists?

No, our agents are available 24/7, you can decide when to forward your calls anytime of the day or night. Our forwarding system gives you the freedom and flexibility to decide when you want to forward the calls.

Q?Can you handle more than one call at a time?

We have a team of agents available to answer your calls, so you will always be covered.

Q?Are you just an answering service?

Definitely not!  We take the time to learn about your company and interact with your callers to ensure that the messages we take are detailed enough to be useful.  We customize our scirpts and rules to suit your needs, can transfer calls to any phone number, send emails, make follow-up calls and can log in to your existing customer/contact relationship management system (CRM).

Q?What are your hours?

We are here all day, every day.  Our service is 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year (366 days in a leap year!).  You don’t have to worry about lunch breaks, sick days or holidays.

Q?Are all calls answered live?

Absolutely!  If you require an IVR we can set it up for you, but our usual policy is to answer every call.

Q?Can I forward more than one phone number to you?

Of course! And you can even set different scripts and rules per phone number.

Q?Can I keep my current phone number?
A.

You sure can! You can forward any number to us.

Q?Can you provide me with a phone number?
A.

Sure! We can provide US and UK toll-free numbers and caller-paid numbers that you can publish on any of your sites or promotional materials.

Q?Can you transfer calls to me?
A.

Definitely! We can transfer calls to any phone number and you set the rules as to what times calls can be transferred and under what circumstances.

Q?How do I monitor what’s going on?
A.

Your messages are emailed according to your instructions.  You can route different types of messages to different addresses.  You also have access to our reporting portal where you can access many reports and call recordings.

Q?What am I charged for?
A.

You are only charged for the time our receptionists are involved in your calls.  There are no per transfer or per message charges and any time you spend on a call that is transferred to you is off the clock.

Q?Can you make outbound calls?
A.

Yes we can! Outbound calls come right out of your existing bundle, so you won’t have to manage two separate bundles.

Q?Do you personalize voicemail?
A.

Since we are a 24×7 service, your callers would rarely ever get voicemail, but if your account balance runs to 0 they would.  We can provide you voices to choose from to record your voicemail or you can send us your own.

Q?Are the charges monthly?
A.

No way! It would be virtually impossible for you to guess exactly how many minutes you would need every month and we never want you to feel cheated out of unused minutes or nervous about going over your minutes.  Your minutes never expire.  They continue to rollover until all are depleted and you can replenish at any time.

Q?Can I have one account for multiple businesses?
A.

Certainly! You can purchase separate bundles for each business or share from one bundle at no extra cost.

Q?Is there a long-term contract?
A.

No. We will continue to provide service as long as you have minutes remaining in your account.  There is no penalty for lapsed accounts and if you decided to cancel with more than $100 worth of minutes remaining in your account, we will issue a refund of your balance.

Q?Where do you provide service?
A.

Anywhere in North America, South America, Central America, the Caribbean or Europe. Other regions may take a little extra set-up, but we can accommodate.
